China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC), a joint venture (JV) of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) for the development of financial products and related services, is pleased to announce Shi Xiaocheng has joined its Board with effect from today (2 April 2014).
Mr Shi, former Director of Global Business Development of SSE, has replaced Jiang Jianren as Co-Chairman following Mr Jiang’s departure from the Board on 27 March 2014.
CESC wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Jiang for his contributions and welcomes Mr Shi.
CESC’s Board is comprised of three directors nominated by each of the JV partners. The JV’s other Co-Chairman is SZSE’s Fu Decai. Other members of the Board include SSE’s Xie Liansheng and Zhang Bin, SZSE’s He Jibao and Wu Ying and HKEx’s Bryan Chan, Mao Zhirong and Calvin Tai.
