Date 13/09/2004

The Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems. Ceragon’s shares began trading on the TASE on Sunday, September 12, 2004, in addition to trading on Nasdaq. Ceragon will join the TA-100 and Tel-Tech indices.

With Ceragon’s listing, the number of TASE dual-listed companies Tel-Aviv rises to 25. The three largest dual listings: Partner Communications, Given Imaging and Alvarion are included in the TA-25 index, the TASE’s leading stock index.

“We believe that listing our shares on the TASE in addition to NASDAQ will diversify and expand our shareholder base,” said Shraga Katz, President and CEO of Ceragon Networks Ltd. “We also expect that it will help increase the Company’s trading volume.”
