On May 26, 2023, Trevor Raymond, CEO of World Platinum Investment Council（WPIC）, visited Shanghai Gold Exchange and held a meeting with Chairman Yu Wenjian.
Both parties discussed the topics of domestic and international precious metal markets, including recent development of platinum market, development trend and market outlook of platinum group metals. Both sides expressed that they would further enhance communication, deepen cooperation, jointly promote the high-quality development of China's platinum market, and contribute to the prosperity of the global precious metals market.
Deng Weibin, WPIC’s Regional Head, Asia Pacific accompanied the visit, SGE Trading Center, SGEI and International Development Department joined the meeting.
