Centro Properties Group To Replace Mayne Pharma Limited And Symbion Health Limited In The S&P/ASX 50 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading Friday December 16th 2005:

Removals

Mayne Pharma Limited (Australia, SEDOL: B0PPC70, GICS Code: 35202010) will be removed from the S&P/ASX 50 Index, due to its failure to qualify for inclusion under the S&P/ASX 50 index rules.

Symbion Health Limited (Australia, SEDOL: 6574606, GICS Code: 35102010), will be removed from the S&P/ASX 50 Index, due to its failure to qualify for inclusion under the S&P/ASX 50 index rules.

Additions

Centro Properties Group (Australia, SEDOL: 6037745, GICS Code: 40401010) will be added to the S&P/ASX 50 Index. The Group's principal activities are the investment in a portfolio of convenience based retail property; Property management, development and funds management.The company will be added to the S&P/ASX 50 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Financials Sector and to the Real Estate Investment Trusts sub-industry. The Investable Weight Factor for this company will be 100%.
