Located on the 2nd floor of the SGX Centre at Nos. 2 & 4 Shenton Way, the new counters' customer-friendly design aims to promote closer interaction between public and customer service officers. Members of the public will also have access to the internet, latest news and financial information through PCs and TV monitors which are located at the customer waiting areas.
The customer service counters can be accessed from escalators located at SGX Centre 1 or via dedicated elevators at SGX Centre 2. The operating hours are:
Mondays to Fridays : 0830 - 1700 hours
Saturdays : 0900 - 1230 hours
Sundays & Public Holidays : Closed
