Chicago Climate Futures Exchange® (CCFE®) trading reached a daily record volume of 23,252 contracts today. Additionally, total open interest on CCFE recently reached a record high of 167,929 on December 14, 2009.
Trading volume was concentrated in RGGI (17,496 futures and options contracts traded) and SFI® (5,511 futures and options contracts traded), with volumes also occurring in the CFI-US and REC-NJ contracts.
