CBOT®Fed Funds Options Contract Reaches Open Interest Benchmark

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) today announced the CBOT's Fed Funds options contract, launched March 14, 2003, reached an open interest benchmark with 100,785 contracts held on April 17, surpassing the previous record of 98,275 contracts set April 16, 2003.

The CBOT's Fed Funds options contract remains the fastest growing options contract in the history of the exchange, surpassing 100,000 in open interest in only twenty-five trading days.
