CBOT Trading Schedule For Columbus Day Holiday

The Chicago Board of Trade has established the following trading schedule in connection with the Columbus Day holiday:

Friday, October 10

• Open auction: Financial contracts will close at 12:00 p.m. All other open auction contracts (Agricultural and Stock Index) will close at their normal times.
• Electronic trading: Financial and Metals contracts will close at 12:30 p.m. All other electronic trading will close at its normal times.

Sunday, October 12

• Overnight electronic trading will be closed for Financial contracts except Eurodollars. Overnight electronic trading (Eurodollar, Agricultural, Stock Index and Metals contracts) has a normal schedule.

Monday, October 13

• Open auction Financial contracts will be closed. Daytime electronic Financial contract trading will be closed except Eurodollars, which trade until 3:15 p.m.
• All other contracts (Agricultural, Stock Index, Dow-AIG Index and Metals) have normal daytime open auction and/or electronic trading schedules
• Electronic trading reopens at normal evening times.
