The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced trading hours in both open outcry and electronic markets, starting Monday evening, September 17 and continuing through the end of the trading day on Wednesday, September 19. All times are Chicago Time.

Financial products, 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.*

Stock index, 8:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Agricultural products, 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Open Outcry (Starting Tuesday, September 18)

Financial products, 7:20 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.*

Gold futures, 7:20 a.m. to 1:40 p.m.

Stock index, 7:20 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Silver futures and options, 7:25 a.m. to 1:25 p.m.

Agricultural products, 9:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

(*CBOT® financial markets hours are subject to extension in coordination with U.S. cash market.)

The MidAmerica Commodity Exchange open outcry markets will open for trading at normal times, subject to the schedules of applicable primary markets.
