CBOT to close all CBOT markets at 13:00 CST on Thursday August 12

The Chicago Board of Trade Board of Directors has made a decision. It will close all CBOT markets at 1:00 p.m., Central Standard Time in anticipating of the potential of total power outage in the south loop district.
