In addition, CBOT Ten-Year U.S. Treasury Note options set a new open interest record of 3,179,342 contracts, rising above the former record of 3,175,276 contracts set on November 18, 2004.

Moreover, volume in the CBOT’s U.S. Treasury complex continues to expand, with CBOT Two-Year Treasury Note futures reaching a new electronic trading record of 82,506 contracts on November 19, 2004. This record surpassed the previous high of 79,566 contracts set on November 17, 2004.
