CBOT® Rough Rice Futures Contract Reaches Open Interest Record

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) today announced a new daily open interest record was set in the Rough Rice futures contract with 10,083 contracts outstanding on February 5, 2003.

Through February 5, total volume in the Rough Rice futures contract was 22,829 with an average daily volume of 863. Total volume in 2002 was 193,723 with an average daily volume of 776.
