CBOT Revised Christmas Holiday Trading Schedule

The Chicago Board of Trade announced the following revised 2002 exchange holiday schedule in connection with Christmas to provide that CBOT® Agricultural markets will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, 2002. The overall holiday schedule for Christmas 2002 will be as follows:

Mon., Dec. 23: Normal daytime schedules for all contracts. Overnight a/c/eSM closed for ag contracts only. Normal schedule for all other overnight a/c/e trading.

Tues., Dec. 24: Ags closed. Last delivery day for Dec 2002 Wheat & Oat futures will be Thurs., Dec. 26. Open auction Financials^* close 12:00 noon and Stock Indices close at 12:15 p.m. Electronic (a/c/e)--Dow-AIGsm closes 12:00 noon, Financials, Stock Indices and Metals close 12:30 p.m. Overnight a/c/e closed.

Wed., Dec. 25: All daytime and overnight trading closed.

Thurs., Dec. 26: Open auction has normal schedule. No a/c/e daytime Ag or DJIA^SMSMSMThe MidAmerica Commodity Exchange Christmas schedule will follow the CBOT schedule.

^*Financial contracts are Treasury Bond, Treasury Note, Municipal Bond/Note Index, Interest Rate Swap and Agency Note futures and options, 30-Day Fed Fund and Eurodollar futures.
