Ms. Clegg, former Export-Import Bank Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and First Vice President, was initially appointed to the CBOT's Board of Director in September 2003, to fill a previously vacant non-member Director position.
CBOT Chairman Charles P. Carey said, "Ms. Clegg has been a welcome addition to the Board. The valuable insights and thoughtful perspective she provides from her extensive knowledge of international banking and her Washington background already have proven invaluable as the exchange explores joint ventures and collaborative business opportunities in the global marketplace."
