CBOT Promotes Mark Dixon To VP Of Technical Services

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced the promotion of Mark Dixon, from Enterprise Infrastructure Program Manager to the position of Vice President of Technical Services. In his new role, Dixon will manage all of the Exchange's technical services, including shared services, open outcry systems, electronic trading systems, corporate systems, and global services. In addition, Dixon will manage technology projects relating to CBOT enterprise infrastructure.

CBOT President and CEO Bernard Dan said, "Mark has done an outstanding job for the CBOT. His exceptional management skills and leadership abilities gives me every confidence that he will play an even greater role in the CBOT's future successes."

Dixon, will report directly to William Farrow, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer in the Office of the President.

Dixon joined the CBOT's Technology and Data Products Department in May 2003 as Manager of CBOT Enterprise Infrastructure Program. In addition, he served as the Program Manager for the North American trade host.

Dixon holds a BA in Economics from California State University.
