CBOT Project A to launch in Paris on Friday, March 5, at Finacor

The Chicago Board of Trade has announced that effective March 1, 1999, the CBOT implemented a promotional incentive program for Project A workstations in Europe. Under the arrangement, total monthly fees for all new and existing international Project A workstations will be commensurate with those terminals located in New York. In a related international development, Project A trading is scheduled to begin Friday, March 5, in Paris at Finacor, a CBOT member firm. This will be the first Project A workstation to be installed in continental Europe. London workstations account for 18% of the total Project A financial overnight volume. Of the total 573 Project A workstations around the world, there are 18 Project A workstations in London and 554 in the U.S.A., including 42 in New York and 506 in Chicago. Eleven additional workstations have been ordered and will be installed in London soon.
