CBOT Names Steven Dickey Vice President Market Data Products

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), the world's oldest and third-largest international derivatives market, today announced the appointment of Steven Dickey, a former executive of CQG, Inc., an international quotations vendor, as a Vice President of the Exchange. Dickey will report to Executive Vice President Bill Farrow and will be responsible for the CBOT's market data activities, including increasing market data revenue at the exchange as well as developing new market data offerings.

President and CEO David J. Vitale said, "Steve brings to the CBOT's data services business unit a proven track record in management, sales, marketing and new business development in the financial information industry. His belief in providing customer satisfaction through the delivery of good products will strengthen this critical part of the CBOT's overall business strategy."

Dickey joins the CBOTĀ®from CQG, Inc., where he most recently served as Executive Vice President for Global Sales and Marketing. Dickey held numerous positions since joining the firm in 1985, including most recently the job of Vice President and National Sales Manager for Strategic Business Development, Vice President and Western U.S. Territory Sales Manager, and Chicago Branch Manager/National Sales Representative.

Dickey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness economics from Southern Illinois University.
