CBOT/MidAm Thanksgiving Day Holiday Trading Schedule

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) and the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange (MidAm) have established the following Thanksgiving Day holiday trading schedules:

Wednesday, November 21

• CBOT® Financial and Agricultural contracts will close at 12:00 noon. Stock Index contracts will close at 3:15 p.m.
• Electronic a/c/e trading: Financial and Metals contracts will close at 12:30 p.m. All other a/c/e trading will close at its normal times. Overnight a/c/e trading will be closed.
• Trading will close at 12:15 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: Live Cattle; Hogs; British Pound; Canadian Dollar; Swiss Franc; and Eurodollar.
• Trading will close at 12:30 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: Grains/Soybeans; Soybean Meal; Soybean Oil; Options on Corn Futures; and Options on Wheat Futures.

Thursday, November 22

• All CBOT®/MidAm day trading will be closed. Overnight a/c/e trading will be closed for mini-sized N.Y. Gold & Silver futures. Electronic a/c/e trading reopens at its normal evening times for all other contracts.

Friday, November 23

• CBOT® Open Outcry Financial and Agricultural, contracts will close at 12:00 noon. Stock Index contracts will close at 12:15 p.m.
• Electronic a/c/e trading: Mini-sized N.Y. Gold & Silver futures will be closed. Agricultural contracts will close at their normal time (6:00 a.m.). Stock Index contracts will close at 12:15 p.m. Financial, Kilo Gold & 1,000 oz. Silver contracts will close at 12:30 p.m.
• Trading will close at 12:15 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: Live Cattle; Hogs; British Pound; Canadian Dollar; Swiss Franc; and Eurodollar .
• Trading will close at 12:30 p.m. in the following MidAm contracts: Grains/Soybeans; Soybean Meal; Soybean Oil; Options on Corn Futures; and Options on Wheat Futures.
