CBOT Markets Closing at 1pm

The Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade has decided to shut down its open outcry agricultural and financial markets, as well as Project A, at 1:00 p.m. today in anticipation of a total electrical power shutdown in the West Loop area.
