CBOT Lease Rate Suspension

Following the CBOT’s recent demutualization and IPO, there have been a significant number of lease renegotiations between lessors and lessees. Consequently, the Member Services Department will temporarily suspend all dissemination of information, which includes postings on cbot.com and MemberNet, regarding November 2005 membership lease rates. Parties can still negotiate their leases utilizing the October 2005 lease rates or can delay negotiations until the public dissemination of new lease rates resumes in December 2005.
