CBOT Hosts Crop Report March 8 Briefing

The Chicago Board of Trade conducted the third in its 2001 series of crop report briefings for the media and members following release on Thursday, March 8, 2001, of the latest crop supply/demand report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The briefing, presented by the Communications Department, again was held at the entrance to the agricultural trading floor.

Providing commentary and analysis were Greg Grow, Senior. Account Executive, O'Brien Investor Services, and Don Roose, President/CEO, U.S. Commodities, Inc..

The panelists took questions from the media, members present and from others via teleconference.

Members also were able to participate in the press briefing via teleconference.
