CBOT Holdings, Inc. Announces 2006 Board Of Directors - Nine Directors Out Of Total Board Of 17 Elected For Two-Year Term

CBOT Holdings, Inc. (the parent company of the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT”)) today announced the election results for its 2006 board of directors. Stockholders at CBOT Holdings’ annual meeting elected six directors to two-year terms expiring in 2008. Additionally, prior to CBOT Holdings’ annual meeting, the CBOT held its 2006 annual meeting of members at which members of the CBOT elected three directors to the CBOT’s board of directors.

The three directors elected at the CBOT’s annual meeting also became directors of CBOT Holdings with terms expiring in 2008, and the six directors elected at CBOT Holdings’ annual meeting also became directors of the CBOT. As a result, the boards of directors of CBOT Holdings and the CBOT are composed of the same 17 individuals.

The following individuals were elected directors at CBOT Holdings’ 2006 annual meeting of stockholders:

Bernard W. Dan, CBOT President and Chief Executive Officer
Robert F. Corvino, Independent trader
Jackie Clegg, Managing Partner of Clegg International Consultants, LLC.
Larry G. Gerdes, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Services, Inc. and General Partner of both Gerdes Huff Investments and Sand Hill Financial Company
Joseph Niciforo, Chairman of Twinfields Capital Management
Michael D. Walter, Senior Vice President, Economic and Commercial Affairs, ConAgra Foods, Inc.

In addition, the following three individuals were elected directors at the CBOT’s 2006 annual meeting of members:

John L. Pietrzak, Managing Partner, Longwood Partners and General Partner, Sparta Group
Christopher Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of Gelber Group, LLC.
James P. McMillin, Vice President, Municipal Bond Sales and Trading, Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

In addition, members of the CBOT elected Myles J. Kerrigan, an independent trader, and Veda Kaufman Levin, an institutional options trader with ABN AMRO, to serve on the CBOT’s nominating committee, each for a three-year term.

All of those elected take office immediately.
