CBOT® Files Motion To Dimiss Eurex's Baseless Antitrust Complaint

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced that on November 3, it filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed on October 14, 2003 by Eurex U.S. Futures Exchange, L.L.C in the U.S District Court for the District of Columbia.

The CBOT filing said that Eurex U.S. failed to state an adequate cause of action or provide any facts to support its baseless allegations.
