CBOT Crop Report Briefing Rescheduled For September 14

The Chicago Board of Trade rescheduled for September 14 the next in its series of press briefings for the media and members related to crop production and supply/demand reports, following release of the reports by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The briefing, presented by the Communications Department, will be held on the agricultural trading floor apron starting at 8:15 a.m. (Chicago time), prior to the start of trading, and will be webcast via MemberNet, the member web site.

Providing commentary and analysis on the report will be Dan Basse, Executive Vice President, AgResource Co., and Terry Roggensack, Principal, Hightower Research.

The panelists will take questions from the media and members present and from others via teleconference. Members can also participate in the press briefing via teleconference by dialing 800-860-2442 approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the program.
