The new operating hours on a/c/e for financial products will be 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Previously, the hours of operation were 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The new hours on a/c/e for agricultural products will be 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Previously, the hours of operation were 10:10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Eurex CEO Joerg Franke commented: "The high trading volumes we have seen on the a/c/e platform since its launch at the end of August should further increase through the impact of the longer trading hours. We should see another boost in the market share of the electronic trading platform with the second wave of members getting connected to the system by the end of the year."
