CBOT President & CEO Bernard W. Dan said, “The CBOT markets, with their tight liquidity, serve as the global benchmark for the pricing of Corn, Soybeans and Wheat worldwide, and the new trading volume records set at the Exchange underscore the CBOT’s leadership role within the international agricultural community.
“Further, these milestones follow the launch of Project Denali, a technology initiative that is driving greater efficiency on the CBOT’s Agricultural trading floor. Offering near real-time risk management, Denali is enhancing customer service by reducing the time window for processing and matching open outcry transactions.”
