Before joining the CBOE, Frazier headed the Washington office of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and spent 14 years in various roles for the CME, including helping coordinate its political action committee's Washington activities.
"I am excited to take on this new challenge and be part of CBOE's team," Frazier said. " I am especially pleased to be able to again work for Bill Brodsky and to help him grow one of the country's most dynamic financial institutions."
Frazier received a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University. She is 44 years old and lives with her husband and daughter in her native city, Washington D.C.
