Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe: CBOE), the world's leading derivatives and securities exchange network, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2025, representing a 14 percent increase from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.63 per share.
The third-quarter 2025 dividend is payable on September 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of August 29, 2025.
