CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today announced the following trading schedule for ChicagoBoard Options Exchange (CBOE), C2 Options Exchange (C2), CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) and CBOE Stock Exchange (CBSX) in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday; all times are Chicago time:

CBOE, C2, CFE and CBSX will have regular trading hours for all products. |

Thursday, November 24: |

|
CBOE, C2, CFE and CBSX will be closed. |

- Equity options will close at 12:00 p.m. |
|||
|
- Broad-based indices will close at 12:15 p.m. |
|||
|
- Options on ETFs that normally close at 3:00 p.m. will close at 12:00 p.m. |

- Options on ETFs that normally close at 3:15 p.m. will close at 12:15 p.m. |

CBSX: |
|||
|
- All CBSX products will close at noon. |

CFE: |
|||
|
- All CFE products will close at 12:15 p.m. except the CBOE Gold ETF Volatility Index Futures (GV), which will close at 12:00 p.m. and the Trade at Settlement CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) futures (VXT) which will close at 12:12 p.m. |
