CBOE Adds November Expiration Options In Several Major Indexes

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), the world's largest options exchange, today announced that options with November expirations are now available for trading in the S&P 500 Index (SPX), Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJX), and DIAMONDS Trust (DIA) option classes.

November expiration series are also available in the S&P 100 Index (OEX) options.

The last day of trading for November SPX and DJX options is Thursday, November 18 and the last day of trading for DIA and OEX options is Friday, November 19.

The early addition of the November expiration series was in response to customer interest, and was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

CBOE lists options on 41 indexes, 56 exchange traded funds, 1,450 equities, 4 interest rate products and 3 structured products.
