On 7 November 2022, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 382,000 euros on Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A.
The sanction related to breaches of section 33 paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A. failed to submit voting rights notifications within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
