New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) announced today the issue of $120 million of Perpetual Preference Shares for South Canterbury Finance Limited on the NZDX Market.
s at the end of November, capital raised on the NZDX Market was up 70% on the equivalent period in 2005. The South Canterbury Finance debt issue takes capital raised on the NZDX year to date to over $2.7 billion. Capital raised on the NZDX in the year of 2005 was $1.65 billion.
The South Canterbury Finance debt securities were quoted on the NZDX Market under the security code SCFHA from 10am today.
