Capital Participation In BOOSTRY By Japan Exchange Group And Signing Of Agreement To Promote Security Token Business

Japan Exchange Group, Inc., Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”), Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. and SBI Holdings, Inc. today announced that they have agreed to transfer a portion of Nomura’s shares in BOOSTRY, Co., Ltd. to JPX and have entered into a business alliance agreement regarding BOOSTRY’s operation and business.
