Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad [Registration No.: 200301033577 (635998-W)] (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded Saudee Group Berhad (SAUDEE) for breaching paragraph 2.23(1) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR) for failing to comply with the condition to make an announcement in accordance with paragraph 13.2 of Practice Note 28 (PN28) imposed by Bursa Malaysia Securities vide the letter of approval dated 18 December 2015 before 3 p.m. on 26 March 2021. In this regard, SAUDEE had received the confirmation from Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn. Bhd. (Bursa Depository) on 26 March 2021 that the 7,092,698 new ordinary shares of SAUDEE (Shares) were ready to be credited into the securities accounts of the respective holders (Confirmation) and the Company was required to make the announcement pursuant to paragraph 13.2 of PN28 (PN28 Announcement) before 3 p.m. on 26 March 2021. However, SAUDEE had only made the PN28 Announcement on 30 March 2021, resulting in the Shares being listed only on 31 March 2021 instead of on 29 March 2021.
