Bursa Malaysia: QSR Outcome To Be Decided By The Courts

Bursa Malaysia Berhad today confirmed that it has received and assessed the requested information from both parties involved in the QSR boardroom tussle.

Bursa Malaysia Berhad’s Chief Regulatory Officer, Md Nor Ahmad said, “We understand the two parties have resorted to resolve the validity of QSR’s Board of Directors in court. Pending the matter’s resolution by the court(s), we have decided to allow all material information in relation to QSR made in accordance with our listing requirements and procedures to be disseminated via Bursa LINK.”
