Bursa Malaysia Debuts With 16 % Premium

On March 18, Bursa Malaysia Berhad (BURSA) made its debut on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with a 16.7% or RM0.50 premium over its retail price of RM3.00 upon its listing this morning. BURSA’s shares opened at RM3.50 with 8,508,300 shares traded.

At the close of the first trading session at 12.30pm, BURSA shares closed at RM3.76, with a total of 80,157,100 shares traded.
