Bursa Malaysia Berhad today announced these changes to its Board of Directors line up:
- Mr. Cheah Tek Kuang will be re-designated as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad effective 1 May 2008. Mr. Cheah has been appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad since 10 April 2004.
- Bursa Malaysia Berhad also announced that Mr. Peter Leong Tuck Leng who has been appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad since 10 April 2004 will step down with effect from 30 April 2008.
