Bursa Malaysia Berhad announced the appointment of Ms. Chong Chye Neo as Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board of Directors line up, effective 21 December 2018.
Ms. Chong has established her career in the Information Technology industry for more than three decades with vast experience in multiple markets across Asia Pacific. She graduated from the School of Computer Science of Universiti Sains Malaysia, and is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of IBM Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Ms. Chong is a strong advocate of people development especially in preparing for the future of work as a result of Industrial Revolution 4.0. She regularly speaks at national and international forums on topics ranging from Leadership to Digital Disruptions.
