Bursa Malaysia Berhad Announces Appointment Of Director

Bursa Malaysia Berhad announced the appointment of Datin Grace Yeoh Cheng Geok as the Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board of Directors line up, effective 24 February 2017. 

Datin Grace Yeoh has been in legal practice since 1985 and is currently the managing partner of Shearn Delamore & Co. where she heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Department as well as the Energy, Natural Resources & Green Technology Practice Group. She also sits on the Board of CIMB Bank Berhad since 2013.
