BrokerTec Futures Exchange - Suspension of Exchange Trading Operations

The Board of Directors of BrokerTec Futures Exchange has taken the following actions effective as of the opening of trading at 2:00 a.m. (New York time) on Thursday, November 13, 2003:

• Delisted all contracts having delivery months after December 2003.
• Advanced the Last Trading Day for the December 2003 contracts to November 26, 2003.
• Limited trading in all contracts to transactions for the liquidation of existing positions.
