(NYSE: BR), today announced the appointment of Tina Joshi as Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) for North America. This strategic hire reinforces Broadridge’s commitment to empowering clients with innovative solutions amid the evolving complexities of the securities finance marketplace.
Joshi will lead client delivery, business development, and operational management for Broadridge’s complete Securities Finance solution portfolio, which provides end to end automated support across securities lending, borrowing, and repo lifecycle. Reporting to Darren Crowther, Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management Solutions at Broadridge, Joshi will be based in New York.
