Bradesco Corretora Begins Operations On The Latibex Market - Latibex Welcomes Its First Latin American Intermediary

Bradesco Corretora, one of the leading brokers of the S?o Paulo Stock Exchange, has met all requirements necessary to become a member of the Latibex market. The company started trading on September, 15.

With its incorporation Bradesco Corretora provides Latibex with greater liquidity while at the same time generating additional buy and sell offering and carrying out arbitrage trades between both markets. Its presence also adds significant expertise and knowledge regarding the Brazilian stocks listed on the market. "Latibex has taken an important step forward to become the first market in the world to have its own intermediaries on both sides of the Atlantic, said Antonio Zoido, Chairman of Bolsas y Mercados Espa?oles (BME)".

Bradesco Corretora executes trades on Latibex using Visual Trader's terminal, the multimarket platform of BME, while settlement is carried out by Espirito Santo B&M. Bradesco Corretora has over 36 years' experience in the market and since the beginning of the year it has entered more than 290,000 orders into the S?o Paulo Stock Exchange, with a trading value of € 2 bn. These figures leverage the company as one of the leaders on the ranking of Brazilian market's intermediaries.
