Effective June 1, 2023, BOX Options Market LLC (“BOX”) is making the following changes to the BOX Fee Schedule:1
Non-Auction Transactions
BOX is amending Section IV.A of the BOX Fee Schedule to establish separate fees for SPY non-auction transactions. The fees will be as follows:
BOX is also amending the Tiered Volume Rebate for Non-Auction Transactions for Public Customers to establish separate rebates for SPY transactions. The rebates will be as follows:
Open-Close Data Reports
BOX is establishing an Intraday Open-Close Data Report Ad-hoc Request fee of $1,000 per request per month for Participants and non-Participants. For more information about the Intraday Open-Close Data Report please see SR-BOX-2023-09.
