As a result of Hurricane Sandy approaching the New York City area BOX Options Exchange will be closed on Monday, October 29, 2012. This was a coordinated decision made with input from the SEC, other exchanges, various Participants, and SIFMA in the interest of public safety and maintaining fair and orderly markets.
BOX will continue to monitor the situation on Monday and provide updates regarding the trading schedule for Tuesday as the situation progresses. Any further change in operational plans will be communicated via Regulatory Circular and posted to the BOX Exchange website at http://www.boxexchange.com.
