Effective April 1, 2019, BOX Exchange LLC (“BOX” or the “Exchange”) has added Section VIII.B. (Fee Disputes) to the BOX Fee Schedule.
Any dispute concerning fees billed by the Exchange must now be submitted to the Exchange in writing and be accompanied by supporting documentation. In addition, all fee disputes must be submitted no later than sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the billing invoice. The sixty days will first apply to invoices related to transactional billing for March 2019 and apply thereafter.
