Effective March 2, 2020, BOX Exchange LLC (“BOX” or the “Exchange”) will change the billing process for all BOX monthly fees under Section VI of the BOX Fee Schedule (Technology Fees).
The Exchange will now prorate these fees for each calendar month. BOX Participants will be assessed a pro-rated fee based upon the number of trading days that the Participant has been credentialed to the connection, port, or data feed for the given month, divided by the total number of trading days in such month, and multiplied by the applicable monthly rate.
