BOVESPA: UNIPAR Joins The Level 1 Program Of Corporate Governance

UNIPAR – União de Indústrias Petroquímicas S.A. (negotiation code UNIP) joined the Level 1 Program of Corporate Governance designed for the listing of companies whose administrators and controlling shareholders have made a voluntary commitment to follow a series of corporate rules, whic h are more rigid than those required by the current legislation in Brazil. UNIPAR has also been included in the IGC - Corporate Governance Index.
