The boards of directors of Bovespa Holding S/A and of BM&F S/A on April 17 approved the integration of the two exchanges into a new corporation to be named BM&F BOVESPA S/A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros.The boards also decided to convene their respective shareholder meetings to vote on the matter.
Information regarding the transaction, as well as information regarding voting procedures will be made available subsequently to the shareholders of Bovespa Holding S.A and BM&FS.A.
