Stephanie L. Minister has been named Vice President of Marketing and Sales. She will be responsible for marketing the BSE's product offerings with a focus on electronic connectivity and new product development. Prior to joining the Exchange, Ms. Minister was at Bridge Information Systems for nine years where she held the positions of Senior Sales Executive and Product Manager. She is a graduate of Manhattan College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Finance.
Margaret M. Burke also joins the BSE Marketing and Sales team as Assistant Vice President. In this role, Ms. Burke will be responsible for working closely with specialists to market the Exchange's trading products and services. Prior to taking this position, she worked on the BSE trading floor for 12 years as a broker, most recently with Preferred Capital Markets. Ms. Burke received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
John A. Boese has been named Assistant Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Boese will be responsible for securities, regulatory, and enforcement programs at the Exchange. He will also act as a liaison to the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as other self-regulatory organizations. Previously, Mr. Boese was a Compliance Manager at Chase Global Fund Services. Prior to that, he worked at T. Rowe Price Associates as a Compliance Officer for three years. Currently a member of the Massachusetts and New Jersey Bar Associations, Mr. Boese earned his Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
