Boston Options Exchange Sets New Market Share Records

BOX market share (as a percentage of the OCC volume in the classes it lists) was 8.4% yesterday (March 2), eclipsing the previous record set in mid-December. BOX was the second most active exchange in QQQQ trading with 23.3% of the market and the leading SPY exchange with 32.9%. BOX market share was above 10% for 94 of the 347 classes that BOX lists.
